through a request for the delivery of goods with the name of the order

"Manufacturing facilities for the Innovation part of the project at KYBERNETES"

We take the liberty of contacting business entities operating in the area of the subject of the contract to submit proposals - price offers for the delivery of logical units - goods defined in the terms of the contract. As a result of this procurement, a contract announced by a person to whom the public contracting authority will provide more than 50% of the funds for the supply of goods from the NFP, a purchase contract will be concluded with the successful bidder(s) in accordance with the Call for Tenders - the terms of the contract and their annexes, in accordance with the immutable draft of the contract conditions, specified in the annexes of the contract conditions.

through a call, the delivery of goods with the job name “Softwares for a Research and Development Task at the company KYBERNETES, s.r.o.”. We would therefore like to turn to businesses operating in the field of the subject matter of the job to submit proposals – quotations for the delivery under the terms and conditions of the job for the described goods. The result of this public procurement according to Act. No. 343/2015 by the procedure according to Section § 117 – low value jobs, will be a purchase contract entered into with the successful bidder under the terms and conditions of a low value job and their appendices, in line with the unchangeable draft contractual terms and conditions, contained in appendices to the terms and conditions of the job. We believe that you will participate in the announced tender according to Section § 117 – low value job – and will submit a quotation. After the submission of the quotation, please follow the terms and conditions of the job and of its appendices.
