The Controller must not further process such personal data, if no essential legitimate reasons for such processing that would override your interests, rights and freedoms, or reasons for the proving, applying or defending of legal claims are proved.
The data subject may apply his/her rights arising from the Regulation and from the Act at the Controller‘s registered office.
If you exercise some of the rights of the data subject as a data subject at the Controller according to the legal regulations regulating personal data protection and it is not possible to verify the requesting person’s identity from the data subject’s request or, in the case the Controller has justified doubts in relation with the identity of the subject who has submitted the request, the Controller reserves the right to ask such a subject to provide additional information necessary for the confirmation of the identity of the subject exercising such a request.
As a data subject, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, with the registered address at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if you have a suspicion that your personal data are being processed in breach of the applicable legislation.
Due to the above-mentioned purposes of personal data processing, their provision is obligatory (your agreement is not necessary), since their processing is essential for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests.
In line with the Regulation and the Act, the personal data provided by you will only be stored for the period that is essential for the purpose of their processing. The provided personal data will be liquidated no later than 15 days after its expiry.
The Controller declares that it processes personal data only for the above-mentioned purposes and in line with the Law and the Regulation, specifically with the use of adequate technical, organisational and security measures. The Controller has adopted in particular the following measures to prevent unauthorised or accidental access to personal data, their change, destroying or loss, unauthorised transfer, their other unauthorised processing, as well as other misuse of personal data: limited access to obtained personal data and their technical securing.
